Advocacy and Campaigning

Social care is political, and much of the change that has happened to make social care fairer has come about because of people advocating and campaigning for things to be better, for themselves or for their loved ones. We offer training in advocacy and campaigning, where we offer simple tools, tricks, and techniques for groups to ensure that they are clear about what they want to do and how they will do it.

This training can be offered as a half-day introduction, or over multiple days, depending on how far along the change journey people are. It is led by community activists who have experience of articulating and making positive change.
