In Control Scotland delivers a broad range of events and activities which are open to providers, local authorities, carers, parents and people who access support.

Our events allow participants to explore areas such as understanding self directed support, getting to grips with support planning, demystifying  outcomes and person centred approaches to risk.  We also organise and facilitate regular national and regional network meetings

Some of our events are available only to people linked to member authorities and organisations; others are open to anyone.  Click on the event you are interested in attending on the calendar below for more details.  To download a copy of our ‘generic’ booking form click on the links below:

Changing Organisations for Changing Times – 23rd August 2018 – NOW FULL

Providing social care and support has never been tougher, with high expectations about quality of service and ensuring job satisfaction for staff, running alongside ever increasing demands for greater efficiency.  We will be running a free workshop in Glasgow on 23rd August 2018, which will provide the space and opportunity to explore how some organisations are embracing these challenges as opportunities to reinvent themselves, stripping back hierarchies, simplifying systems and putting decision making authority right at the front line.  For a copy of the agenda or further information and how to book a place click here
